i meditate aligning body and mind

relax with my thoughts

acknowledge them without judgement

let them pass through me

without trying to hold onto them

i see the gap

between my everyday narrative

everything is good

my every story I’m killing it

and what manifests

after the chatter in my mind

quietens down

in the stillness

- i’m terrified
